Eigenflow is a SaaS AI workflow tool designed for venture capital firms. It provides intelligent sourcing, advanced data analysis, and automated due diligence capabilities.

3. User Accounts

1. You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Payments

1. The Service is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription.
2. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
3. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Berlin, Germany.
